Return Terms and Policy

360 Hoops and our fulfillment partner, EA Promos, are committed to delivering quality products to every customer. The terms below explain how returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled.

Overview

We stand behind everything we ship. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report the issue within ten (10) business days of delivery so we can make it right. Outside of that window we are still happy to discuss your case, but our ability to issue a free replacement or full refund may be limited.

Reporting Issues

Claims can be submitted through either of the following channels. To speed up the process, please have your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected items ready before you reach out.

What's Eligible

  • Damaged in transit. Items that arrive with shipping damage are eligible for a full replacement at no cost. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
  • Defective products. Manufacturing defects discovered within the reporting window are covered by replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Wrong item shipped. If you received an item that does not match your order, we will arrange the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct one.
  • Unused merchandise. Apparel and accessories in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us.

What's Not Eligible

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including team-branded apparel and customized 360 FLEX hoop systems) unless the customization itself is defective.
  • Items showing signs of normal wear, misuse, or modification after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.
  • Final-sale and clearance items, which are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
  • Tournament registration fees, which are governed by the event's separate refund policy.

The Return Process

  1. Contact us using the methods above to open a claim. We will reply within two (2) business days with next steps.
  2. If a return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA — packages received without one cannot be processed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible, include the RMA paperwork, and ship to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Replacements ship as soon as inventory is available.

Warranty for the 360 FLEX Hoop System

The 360 FLEX basketball system is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, exposure to severe weather, vandalism, or commercial use beyond the intended scope. To file a warranty claim, contact us at the email or phone number above with your order details and a description of the issue.

Shipping Costs

If the return is the result of an error on our part — wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage — we cover return shipping. For all other returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Open a return for the original item using the steps above and place a new order for the replacement. This keeps inventory accurate and gets the new item to you faster than a swap-in-place.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received a refund after fifteen (15) business days from our confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate.
