360 Hoops is partnering with local first responders to engage young athletes in their communities and raise money for the Boys & Girls Club and other charitable causes.

It’s no secret that organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club have a mission to nurture local youth towards becoming productive, caring and responsible citizens. What better way to do that than to have local police and fire departments compete alongside these young children to support great local causes!

What is 360 Hoops?

360 Hoops is a company that created a new basketball hoop designed to engage and develop athletes of all ages. Its structure consists of three hoops strategically placed in a perfect triangle on a single pole. Thus, giving the ability for more people to play in a smaller space while also developing essential skills such as communication, teamwork, passing, and moving without the ball. Tournament Details

360 Hoops has been blessed with the opportunity to work with local fire and police departments to create a fun new way for building community and raising money for charitable causes. Our 2-hour fire vs police tournament brings two neighboring fire and police departments together with kids from local Boys & Girls Clubs in a friendly competition to raise money for various non-profits.

Local departments will be selecting eight individuals to “play for their cause” in a series of fun basketball games that award points for their respective teams. The first team to reach 360 points will win the tournament and earn a larger percentage of the fundraising for their respective charitable organization!

How Are the Kids Involved?

Our local Boys & Girls Clubs will be selecting eight children from their local club to compete alongside fire and police personnel at each of these events. Four of these children will then be designated as “Team Police” and four will be “Team Fire.” These kids will then compete on a 360 Hoop, alongside the other first responders, to help their respective teams earn points!

Who is raising money for this?

360 Hoops has developed a number of fundraising assets such as digital flyers, sponsor presentations, videos, and an online dashboard built for fundraising. All of these tools will be given to 360 Hoops team members, Boys & Girls Club administrators, and our participating first responders in order to raise sponsorship support for these tournaments.

Sponsorship & Giving Levels

We have created 2 different sponsorship levels for this event. The first being, what we call, a “Lifetime 360 Hoop Sponsor.” This requires a business or individual to donate $10,000 to the Boys & Girls club. These funds will go to help the Boys & Girls Club purchase 360 Hoops for their club(s). You or your company will be given branding on the pads for the lifetime of the 360 Hoop. In addition, these sponsors will be given major recognition through all social media channels, all Fire vs. Police events, and receive an invitation to our 360 Hoop unveiling at the Boys & Girls Clubs!

Our second sponsorship level is just $360 and includes recognition through social media channels and at one of our Fire vs. Police events. We are asking individuals and businesses to take “The 360 Challenge” by donating $360 and getting 3 other businesses/individuals to donate $360 as well!

If you feel lead to become a $10k or $360 sponsor, please visit our online dashboard or contact us today However, we are encouraging gifts of any level to support our local first responders and Boys & Girls Club initiatives. All gifts made to this event will have tax benefits and receive recognition from at least one of the charitable organizations involved.

At 360 Hoops, we care about our community. Our goal is to actively engage young students and athletes in a fun new game all while nurturing essential life skills for them to be successful on and off the court.
